From day 1of talking to Brett about what I was looking for in my first house all the way up to closing day Brett was AMAZING! He listened to all my wants and needs and only sent me suggestions that were within those guidelines. When it came to different areas around Charlotte, Brett was very knowledgeable about the new and soon to be upcoming areas as well as the not so good areas. He was able to point out things when driving into neighborhoods like road expansions, shopping centers etc that will help add value and convenience to the homes in the future. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and what was needed to proceed. I used my VA loan benefit, which Brett had experience with, and during the process of looking at multiple houses he was able to point out some things that the VA would or would not pass in inspections. Brett was very attentive to all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process and would respond almost immediately. He was very honest as well. If he didn't know the answer to something he would get in touch with someone or a resource to make sure I knew the correct information. When it came down to putting in an offer and then closing Brett went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the house for the correct price!
